CRISTINA CAMPABADAL – FOUNDER & CEO

Her constant dedication to maintain and improve family assets at an international level has encouraged her to found CCS FINANCE.

Her goal is to protect and accompany clients in their family business development in a different way. A totally exclusive service with a high standard of values, her aim is to encourage long term relationships with her clients. In CCS FINANCE, we have a direct contact with our clients and their providers and we study their global assets in detail to ensure proper follow up and management.

From May 2017 She is columnist at YAHOO FINANCE, writing articles about financial world, analyzing investment opportunities and international economic situation.

Cristina has worked as a financial advisor for more than 10 years. She joined an American Multi Family Offces in 2015, and serves as an Associate Advisor. In this role, she advises international high net worth clients regarding their wealth management needs.

Before joining this Multi Family Offices in Miami, Cristina worked in a Spanish multi-family office as a Manager of Latin America and Director of Development. Cristina also previously worked as a Financial Advisor at Banco Santander International Private Banking in Miami, serving clients from Latin America, and at BBVA Group Bank in Spain, in their Private Banking group.

Cristina studied Economics Science in Barcelona University, 2005, as well as various advanced certificates in wealth management including investments, and banking.

Ambassador for Colombia in the Program “Catalonia Trade & Investment Ambassadors Network” from December 2016.

AL SAMPER

Al Samper is a member of the Advisory Board of Ilumno Foundation and past member of the Pension Fund Governing Board of the European Center for Nuclear Research (CERN). He is a former Chairman of the Board of Trustee and past member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Virginia Retirement System, and former Chairman of the Board of the Virginia College Building Authority.  Al was a director at Wachovia Securities specialized in the investment of municipal bond issues. Before that he served as Deputy State Treasurer, Virginia Department of the Treasury.

He earned his BS in economics from Virginia Tech in 1975 and his MBA in finance from Virginia Tech in 1978.  During his graduate studies Al was Assistant to the Dean of the College of Business where he also taught management science and served as academic advisor. He is a 1990 graduate of the Virginia Executive Institute, and the Wharton Pension Fund and Investment Management Institute.

XAVER RUIZ

Xavier Ruiz is the founding partner of RC Law LLP. He advises corporations on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, finance transactions, with a focus on Latin America and Spain. Mr. Ruiz also regularly advises Spanish and Latin American companies doing business in the United States.

He is also a founding member and Chairman of Atlantico Capital Partners, an investment banking boutique focusing on “middle market” equity and debt transactions in the USA and Latin America.  Atlantico Capital is headquartered in Miami and has an office in Panama.

Mr. Ruiz is admitted in New York and Spain. He brings a unique expertise to international transactions, as he can efficiently combine his experience as a New York law practitioner and his understanding of the rigors and demands of U.S. legal practice with his comprehension of the laws and principles of the civil law system.

Mr. Ruiz’s legal skills and quality of his work has led to several recognitions by leading legal publications. Thus, he was included in Euromoney’s “Guide to the World’s Leading M&A Lawyers” in the 2004 and 2005 editions (in both United States and Spain) and more recently by Chambers’ Legal 500 in Corporate and M&A – Latin America in 2015 and 2016, with a client praising him as “really exceptional” and another suggesting he “went far beyond what I could expect from a lawyer”.

CINTO AJRAM

Cinto Ajram, is a recognized professional in the Marketing and Sponsorship industry, (focused mainly in sports), with more than 12 years of experience in different multinationals such as Futbol Club Barcelona, Zurich Insurance and in its beginnings in Banco Sabadell.

Prior to starting his own professional adventure by creating a sponsorship consultancy with Cruyff Consulting, Cinto was the Head of Partnerships Activation of Futbol Club Barcelona leading the service and actions with all the sponsors of the club (more than 40 national and international sponsors). Coordinating a team of people based in Hong Kong, New York and Barcelona, ​​he activate, among many others, the biggest shirt sponsorship of the club’s history, Rakuten (one of the ten largest Internet companies in the world and the largest online store in Japan), reinforcing its brand image with the values ​​of the club.

He is currently developing Cruyff Consulting within the Cruyff brand family of services, offering sponsorship and activation consultancy services.

He is professor of sponsorship and sports marketing in the main masters and postgraduates of Spain.

Cinto Ajram, also has a large financial base previously acquired in his first stage in two financial institutions such as Banco Sabadell and Zurich Financial Services in which he worked in the capital market managing assets for more than 500 million euros in pension funds. This stage of about 5 years allowed him to have dealings with the main institutional clients of Spain.

His extensive knowledge of the customers’ needs of the financial institutions and insurers allowed him to make a professional turn towards Marketing and Sponsorship, an activity that he currently plays. In its second stage in Zurich Insurance he developed multiple actions of Trade Marketing to boost business and customer satisfaction in both online and offline channels.

Subsequently and already as leader of the area of ​​sponsorship and corporate responsibility he was able to position the brand as a reference in supporting of popular sports and non-governmental organizations with a focus on youth unemployment and poverty.

Cinto holds a degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona and has several master’s and postgraduate degrees in finance and marketing.
